The F10 treatment product range* is based on F10’s tested and proven core actives, Benzalkonium Chloride and Polyhexadine. F10’s antimicrobial action is derived from both that of the individual components and their synergistic effect.

Antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral action

F10 has a high level of efficacy against a wide range of both gram positive and gram negative bacteria, fungi and fungal spores, and simple and enveloped viruses. This, combined with low oral and tissue toxicity, makes the F10 range an excellent choice of treatment for many clinical situations within the veterinary practice.

The range of Treatment Products include:

F10^® Antiseptic Solution for wound irrigation and treatment, large volume lavage, the treatment of respiratory conditions, sinus and nasal flushing, oral use and skin, scale and feather decontamination.

F10^® Germicidal Barrier Ointment for the treatment of superficial skin lesions, burns and open or contaminated wounds, and for packing skin and scale defects.

F10^® Germicidal Treatment Shampoo for treating yeast and fungal infections, and to control superficial bacterial infections.

F10^® Germicidal Barrier Ointment with Insecticide and F10^® Germicidal Wound Spray with Insecticide, for simultaneously treating wounds and damaged skin whilst also repelling insects - for example 'Fly Strike' in rabbits and other small pets.
